In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "ph3653," "we," "us," or "our" refers to ph3653, the operator of the gaming platform accessible at ph3653.net, licensed and regulated by PAGCOR.
• "Platform" means the ph3653 website at ph3653.net and all associated gaming services, applications, and features made available to registered players.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who has registered a ph3653 account or is using the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered ph3653 player account through which a Player accesses all Platform services.
• "Wallet" means the centralized balance held within a Player's ph3653 Account, usable across all game categories on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback amount, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's Account by ph3653.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including the submission of government-issued identification documents and other materials required by ph3653 to verify a Player's identity.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national gaming regulatory authority of the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Applicable Law" means all legislation, regulations, directives, and orders of PAGCOR and other competent authorities of the Republic of the Philippines that apply to ph3653 and its Players.

2.1 Age Requirement. The ph3653 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandatory under PAGCOR's regulations governing online gaming operations in the Philippines. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.

2.2 Jurisdiction. Access to the ph3653 Platform is intended for individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted under Applicable Law. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gaming does not violate the laws of their jurisdiction of residence. ph3653 does not represent that its services are available or appropriate in all jurisdictions.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines. Registration by individuals who lack legal capacity, including but not limited to minors or individuals subject to legal guardianship over financial matters, is strictly prohibited.

2.4 Self-Excluded Players. Individuals who have voluntarily enrolled in the ph3653 self-exclusion program, or who have been excluded from gaming by PAGCOR or any other competent authority, are not eligible to register or use the Platform. Any attempt by a self-excluded individual to access the Platform constitutes a breach of these Terms.

2.5 Employees. Directors, officers, employees, and contractors of ph3653, as well as immediate family members of such persons, are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on the Platform without prior written consent from ph3653's compliance department.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the ph3653 Platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph3653 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void associated bets, and withhold bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at all times thereafter. ph3653 is entitled to refuse registration or close an Account at any time if information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3.4 Unauthorized Access. You must notify ph3653 immediately if you become aware or suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party. ph3653 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.5 Account Activity. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including all bets placed and all deposits made, whether or not you authorized such activity. This applies unless the unauthorized activity resulted directly from a proven failure of ph3653's security systems.

4.1 Verification Requirement. ph3653 is required by PAGCOR and applicable anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. A Player's ability to withdraw funds from their Account is contingent upon the successful completion of KYC verification.

4.2 Required Documents. As part of the KYC process, ph3653 may require the following:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine photo identification document (PhilSys national ID, passport, driver's license, UMID/SSS card, PRC license, or voter's ID)
• A selfie photograph of the Player holding their identification document, where both the face and all corners of the document are clearly visible
• Proof of residential address in the Philippines (recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., GCash registration screenshot, bank account confirmation)

4.3 Verification Timeline. ph3653 will endeavor to complete KYC review within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving a complete set of acceptable documents. Delays may occur if submitted documents are unclear, incomplete, or fail to meet ph3653's verification standards. ph3653 may request additional documentation at its reasonable discretion.

4.4 Name Matching. The name registered on a Player's ph3653 Account must match the name on all identity documents and payment instruments submitted for KYC verification. Discrepancies in name spelling or format may require additional documentation to resolve.

5.1 Accepted Methods. ph3653 accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment methods:

5.2 Third-Party Deposits. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. ph3653 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from a payment instrument not registered to the Account holder will be held pending investigation and may be returned.

5.3 Currency. All deposits, wallet balances, and financial transactions on the ph3653 Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱).

5.4 Deposit Limits. Players may set personal deposit limits from their Account dashboard as a responsible gaming tool. These limits, once set, may not be increased for a cooling-off period as specified in ph3653's Responsible Gaming policy.

5.5 Failed Deposits. If a deposit does not credit to your ph3653 Wallet, you must contact ph3653 support with your transaction reference number and proof of the deduction from your payment account. ph3653 will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit discrepancies within five (5) business days.

6.1 Eligibility. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification. Unverified Accounts may deposit and play, but withdrawal functionality remains locked until verification is successfully completed.

6.2 Withdrawal to Registered Method Only. Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the verified payment method registered on the Player's Account. ph3653 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts registered to different individuals, or payment instruments not verified during KYC.

6.3 Processing Times. ph3653 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following indicative timelines, subject to verification status and payment method:

6.4 Withdrawal Limits. ph3653 applies minimum withdrawal amounts as set out in the Cashier section of the Platform. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and are specified in the relevant section of the Platform at the time of the request.

6.5 Verification of Withdrawal Requests. ph3653 reserves the right to conduct additional security or fraud checks before approving a withdrawal. Such checks may delay the processing time. ph3653 will notify the Player if additional information or documentation is required to complete the verification.

6.6 Void Winnings. ph3653 reserves the right to void and withhold winnings where there is reasonable evidence that the winnings were generated through fraudulent means, technical errors, collusion, or any form of prohibited conduct as defined in these Terms.

7.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible ph3653 Players as specified in individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to Players who have completed Account registration and met the qualification criteria of the specific promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus balance or derived winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. ph3653 operates a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; wagering patterns designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; collusion between players to trigger bonus conditions; and the use of arbitrage strategies in connection with bonus funds.

7.4 Promotion Modification. ph3653 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is modified after a Player has already met the qualification criteria, ph3653 will honor the terms applicable at the time of qualification.

7.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses not claimed or not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses will be removed from the Player's Account without compensation.

8.1 Game Availability. ph3653 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title. Games may be withdrawn, modified, or temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance, software updates, or reasons beyond ph3653's control.

8.2 Bets Placed. All bets placed and accepted on the ph3653 Platform are final. Players are responsible for verifying bet details before confirmation. ph3653 will not reverse or modify a bet after it has been accepted and confirmed, except where a clear and demonstrable technical error on ph3653's part has resulted in an incorrect outcome.

8.3 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure during an active game session, ph3653 will refer to its server logs to determine the status of the game at the time of failure. Where the outcome cannot be determined, ph3653 may void the bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Wallet. ph3653's determination in such cases is final.

8.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each game on the ph3653 Platform displays its applicable minimum and maximum stake amounts. Stakes that fall outside the permitted range for a game will be declined. ph3653 may adjust stake limits at any time.

8.5 Jackpot Games. Where a jackpot is awarded on the ph3653 Platform, the jackpot amount displayed at the time of the winning spin or round is the amount payable to the winning Player. ph3653 reserves the right to pay jackpots exceeding a specified threshold in scheduled installments, as may be communicated to the Player.

9.1 Commitment. ph3653 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. ph3653 provides a range of tools and resources to help Players manage their gaming activity, and these tools are accessible directly from every Player's Account dashboard.

9.2 Available Tools. ph3653 offers the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum continuous session duration, after which the Platform will prompt the Player to take a break.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure regular on-screen reminders showing elapsed session time and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary suspension (minimum 30 days) or permanent closure of their Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9.3 Age Verification. ph3653 employs age verification controls at registration and through the KYC process to prevent minors from accessing the Platform. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately closed, any deposits returned where reasonably practicable, and their details reported to PAGCOR as required by law.

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph3653 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of a third party without authorization
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit technical errors, software glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to play games or claim bonuses
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Using payment instruments registered to or belonging to a third party without their authorization
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behavior, or abusive communication toward ph3653 staff or other players

11.1 ph3653's Rights. ph3653 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ph3653 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime is associated with the Account
• The Account is being used by a self-excluded or underage individual
• A regulatory obligation or court order requires the suspension or closure of the Account

11.2 Player Closure Request. A Player who wishes to voluntarily close their ph3653 Account may do so by contacting ph3653 support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in the Account Wallet will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to ph3653, subject to applicable withdrawal limits.

11.3 Disputed Funds. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, funds held in the Account Wallet will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. ph3653 will conclude investigations within a reasonable timeframe and will notify the Player of the outcome.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, ph3653 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or losses arising from gaming outcomes.

12.2 ph3653's total aggregate liability to a Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 ph3653 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph3653 will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits ph3653's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ph3653's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.

13.1 All content on the ph3653 Platform, including but not limited to the ph3653 brand name, logo, trademarks, software, game content, text, graphics, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to ph3653 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

13.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

13.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the ph3653 Platform without prior written consent from ph3653.

14.1 ph3653 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14.2 ph3653 may share your personal data with PAGCOR and other relevant regulatory authorities as required by Applicable Law, including for anti-money laundering compliance and responsible gaming enforcement purposes.

14.3 You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by ph3653, subject to ph3653's data retention obligations under Applicable Law. Requests may be submitted to ph3653 via the contact details set out in Section 17.

15.1 ph3653 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the ph3653 Platform at ph3653.net/terms-conditions with an updated "Last Updated" date.

15.2 Where amendments are material, ph3653 will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice to Players via registered email. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms.

15.3 If you do not agree to any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.

16.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations.

16.2 Internal Dispute Resolution. In the first instance, any dispute arising from the Player's use of the ph3653 Platform should be submitted to ph3653 support for internal resolution. ph3653 will respond to all formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days. Players are required to attempt good-faith resolution through ph3653's internal process before pursuing any other remedy.

16.3 Regulatory Complaint. If a Player is not satisfied with ph3653's resolution of a dispute, the Player may submit a complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's complaint handling procedures. ph3653 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation.

16.4 Subject to Section 16.2 and 16.3, any dispute that cannot be resolved through internal or regulatory processes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
